Q: I don't know how big my website will get, which plan is best for me?
A: You can always start out with a smaller package for a shorter period of time, then increase it when you have to renew if the site is not large enough. We can also work with you if you have to increase before your site expires.

Q: Do I have to pay for the site every time it expires?
A: No, if you subscribe through PayPal you will be automatically billed.

Q: Do I have to pay through PayPal?
A: Yes, unless you are a client of DNS Technology Consultants, Inc. web design. In which you can be billed directly and pay by check.

Q: I would like to ask some questions over the phone before I sign up.
A: That is fine. Please go to the "Contact Us" page and send a message to the owner. He will call you as soon as possible.

Q: Do I have to backup my site?
A: YourEZHosts.com is not responsible for your data, therefore we recommend that you backup your site on a regular basis. If you do run into a problem, we can assist you with a restoration from one of our daily backups for a small fee.

Q: I don't totally understand the cPanel interface. Where can I find help?
A: We have added a link to the cPanel documenation on our main web site. If you still need assistance, please open a customer support ticket.

Q: How much is customer support?
A: Answering questions is absolutely free. If you wish for us to help you with coding or fixing your site, there may be a small fee charged for our time. If this occurs, we will let you know in advance.
